The second livery was for My Bread Baking Company which joined the range in 1990.

With the introduction of the 'N' type boxes with diorama background it was necessary to incorporate a screwhole into the base of the model. Therefore, the cast Matchbox registered trademark legend was removed from the base onto the underside of the van body, adjacent to the rear of the left-hand step.
There were two colours used for the overall livery, a sandy beige or a light beige. Because the van body, roof, bonnet and cab were painted separately before assembly, it is possible to find models with a mixture of colours.
The colour of the transmission components, sub frame and the seats can be either, a mid grey or lilac grey. Later issues have darker shades of lilac and brown in the tampo decoration.
Because of their press-fit axles, Issues 5 and 6 are easily recognised. These issues were distributed mainly in North America. The total production of the 'My Bread' model was 45 108.

Livery: (Tampo)
'MY BREAD' in lilac and brown on both sides of van.
'MY BREAD BAKING CO,' in brown on lilac banner on both sides of van.
A running figure in lilac, brown and black with 'Ahead of them all' in brown on both sides of van.
'33' in beige circle on both cab doors.
Lilac coachlining to cab doors and van sides.
'MY BREAD BAKING CO.' in lilac and brown on rear door.

Variations/Rarities: The livery of 'MY BREAD' had the minor shade variations but also the last runs had press-fit wheels instead of riveted ones.
The most obvious difference is the brown paint used in the tampo printing was a much darker shade than used on the first issue.
